Utterly useless company
I have tried to transfer a .co.za domain away from 1 grid due to bad service. Now they are not a timing the transfer. 1 week later this has not been done. I sent a support request which was auto answered within a minute. 3 days later after no response they kindly sent me an email saying that my ticket was closed and they assume it’s been resolved. I can’t even begin to understand how a company can be so useless and have such a disregard for customer service.
