Useless service, Stay Clear

Absolutely shocking service

After Months payment service still doesn't work as it did no mater how many times its renewed. Leading to a break in my services, fine. Resolve the issue manually, one of my main sites is now down and service is not fully restored like the others.

Submit ticket, takes 3 DAYS to get an initial response that is pointless and should have the details required that are being asked for.

Support tickets are useless as there is hardly feedback and IF they get back to you its not helpful and doesn't address the issues stated. Its Been nearly 3 DAYS since the last service reply even after 5 additional replies to the ticket on my end.

This has been a trend for nearly a year as its gotten progressively WORSE. The Service used to be incredible now there is much service at all.

I Will be moving my domains and hosting services away from this company, they couldn't not care about their customer experience anymore.
