Unreliable hosting

We are beyond frustrated with the unreliable service from 1-grid. For the past two month, our website has been on and off, making it impossible to preform our daily task. This is unacceptable for a business we rely on our system to up and running consistently. We have opened tickets and contact support multiple times, yet issues still persist. We need an immediate and permanent fix to this problem!!!!
