unacceptable attitude of agent viwe and subpar service
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received from one of your agents Viwe. The Agent's demeanor and attitude were unprofessional and unacceptable leaving a negative impression of your company. Our company has been a loyal client of 1-grid for many years and have always been satisfied d with the service .however this recent experience has left me questioning the quality of your customer services
