Mason Swartz was efficient and gave excellent service. Well done Mason.
Would be great if the same could be said for the Sales department. Chat showed that the replies were under 4 minutes. I waited more than an hour. When someone eventually did reply to the chat I asked why so long. The reply was they were in a meeting and no apology at all. Totally unacceptable.
