Third party breach to our emails

Zolani Matsolo and Emanuel from DevOps working alongside our IT consultant (Mbuelo Ramafamba) performed extraordinarily to stop a breach on our emails and 1 grid profile. We would like to commend these gentlemen for a job well done and rescuing the day. So far, weve monitored our emails and customer log in page and have not seen any evidence of a third party involvement for the past week. This was a long and painful journey that we would like to put behind us.

Going forward, this is the assistance we would like from 1 grid, to activate a 2.AF Authentication System And secure our profile on their servers on access to the customer log In and cpanel because:

Although cpanel has 2 factor auth, the one grid customer portal bypasses it and allows access to cpanel without 2FA. So this leaves the 2FA in cpanel useless since the customer portal allows you access to cpanel anyways. So without a secured customer portal, cpanel cannot be secured either
