Their servers hacked and they Lie and blame you
DO NOT HOST WITH 1-GRID. their servers got hacked, almost 90% of my websites were hacked and i am spending hours restoring what I can.
2 weeks ago i noticed one of my sites had been hacked. so i deleted as many ftp accounts as i could and reset all my passwords. BUT GUESS WHAT! it happened again today!
1-grids response was my password was probably compromised but little did those ****** know that i know other clients who host with them whose websites were also compromised. it was far easier to throw the ball back in our court and defer the blame! they have become experienced ***** in this industry!!
