The nightmare continues. What am I paying for?

Been a year of sites being unavailable. having to contact them because they have no system to monitor when their servers etc are down. No real explanation as to the problem and even tho I have asked repeatedly, no one will give me contact details for the people in charge. It appears there is no one monitoring or taking responsibility for issues. This year has been a nightmare and I would recommend using a different service provider
