10/10 from a frown to a smile
frustration alleviated by Richard from 1-grid who not only retrieved my long lost emails for me but was also able to give me a look into credible software one can use. rising star, keep shining Richard. Because of you and the fact that you didn't ask for it, i'm giving 1-grid one more chance :)
