Terrible Support

Been struggling with them for 2 weeks! They keep on closing tickets without actually doing the work. Their portal does not allow you to open the tickets to see any information on it. So have to keep on raising new tickets, or phone them takes 30 minutes, and they have twice said they will phone me back, I am still waiting

I am trying to migrate from one of their old servers to a newer one, I need to direct database traffic to the new server to prevent data loss, which should be super easy to set up...

They were quick to sell me the service, but cannot make it happen
