Terrible Support and communication

If you want a new domain, emails that don't work and unreachable support, you are in the right place. Everytime I register a new domain, I cannot receive emails on it and their switchboard goes in loops when you are calling, and if you log a ticket on line they'll respond after days only to tell you they will escalate for the same problem, before u know it the week has gone by. the service is deteriorating over the recent years, and I'm a customer since 2009, look elsewhere guys these people are no longer serious
