terrible support

I am again dealing with a no responsive support issue with 1=grid. If I was not in the middle of an active campaign that I was running I would just change hosting. Disgusting response of standard send a help file after 8 hours and then when you reply that it has not resolve the issue you get no more reply. My advice to anyone is to aviod this company.
