Terrible support
Support has no idea whats going on. They sell you hosting services that they can't support. The live chat says they cant help with most request. You wait an hour on the phone to get through to telephone support. Then they can't actually help you. Very frustrating. I used an alternative provider called Hetzner. The difference is night and day.
