Terrible service provider, no follow up and no ownership taken for their ***** up.

We have had an account with 1-grid for many years now, back when they were still gridhost. Yes, they reply quickly, but follow through is pathetic. Our website domain was ******, and when contacting 1-Grid their response was:

"Hi Zayaan, Thank you for contacting 1-grid customer support.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. This domain is set to renew, however, the system did not renew it. We are in the process of getting this domain back and will keep you updated. In the meantime would you like us to register a new domain name free of charge while we get this domain back for you? Please contact us should you require further assistance."

An inconvenience is an understatement. Because of this companies complete lack of taking ownership for their ***** up, we now have to change our domain, which is printed on ALL our company stationary, business cards etc. Whats worse is that our previous domain is still running by the company that stole it, 1- Grid has not even bothered to disable to domain which they clearly have access to.

It's been a month now and absolutely nothing has been done, and all I keep getting is emails from support saying: "Please note that your support request with ID ###### has now been closed. We trust that this was resolved to your satisfaction."

I AM NOT SATISFIED.

If you know whats good for you, DON'T use 1-Grid as a service provider, all they do is take your money and not deliver the service needed.
