Terrible service

Very unhappy with 1-Grid. I have been trying to transfer my domain to another supplier since Tuesday. Not getting any response from 1-grid. I called them yesterday just to hear that there's an ID tag, therefor they did not transfer. They promised to fix this immediately and transfer the domain and give me feedback within 10min. But I first have to explain why I'm taking the domain away and where I'm taking it... No feedback. 6Hours later, I tried calling them again - for an hour... I went through all the steps and then the voice says: There are no available agents in the cue and the call drops. So I sent an email to log a ticket. In my mail I asked them to give me feedback - even gave my number. No response... Really annoyed!!!
