Terrible service - but you kept getting asked to leave a postive review

Terrible service for 6 months. Nearly 20 support tickets in just 6 months. And the amount of times I was asked to leave a review when they fix the problem. Now I'm asking myself, why are there so MANY problems in the first place that needs fixing!!

Their email server seems to crash every month. Then my outlook stops working, just to find that apparently I am the only client with email problems after they repaired their server. Now that Im moving my services away, they cant even get that right to release my domain. Friday I phoned at 3pm to ask what the heck is happening. Promises to phone back. When I finally phoned back at 16h15...crickets - they were CLOSED for the weekend. No after hour support.
