TERRIBLE service!!

This is the worst hosting provider in South Africa!!!!!

As a web designer, I used to refer my clients to 1-grid, but after having ridiculous amounts of issues with various clients' accounts, I have had enough and am moving all accounts over to another hosting provider.

The call center operators are clueless, putting you on hold for extended minutes having to first ask a senior consultant for guidance. The advice received was not the best solution for my question and you're better off searching for an answer yourself. The support and the billing departments both let me down in the same week. I'm done.
