Terrible service

Terrible after sales service. Sent from pillar to post when wanting to cancel a service. Have moved 5 of our services to Afrihost. Current issue is I've been trying to transfer a domain away from 1-grid, but it's as though they dont want me to cancel with how much they are going back and forth! They even keep cancelling the service ticket request I log before they have resolved the issue!
