TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEIVED FROM THEIR SUPPORT TEAM

I am so disappointed with how bad the service you get from 1 Grid is now. i have been with them for the last 4 year and i can say something has changed; the level of professionalism has dropped. I have a website that is hosted by them and has been down for some time. When you call support, its either you get told there are no operators currently online or when you do get through, you get dropped after waiting so long on que.

Recently, my call was answered by a Craig, who, as you can hear, is distracted by other things, laughing in the background. Till today, my website is still down. Tickets raised are no longer answered in the quickest turnaround time; even when they are answered, there is no solution but a blame game.

I asked to be assisted to then cancel my being with them, I was again sent to another department, only to hold another 1 hour before my call was dropped. Very disappointing how a service provider who was once good at what they do has become unprofessional in servicing their clients.
