Suspicious debit order immediately addressed

I woke up this morning to a concern!

I am a web developer and hoster so the first thing I do upon waking is to check on my notifications to see if any of my clients may need some assistance.

I noticed a debit order from 1-grid. Considering the date, the debit order was questionable. I went on to check on my emails to see if I had been invoiced, and it turned out that I wasn't.

I sent an email to the 1-grid team asking them why I was debitted the amout without an invoice. Out of curiosity and impatience I decided to try their chat line, which had just openned.

I posed the question to a support chat agent, Tashreeq du Plessis. But I had to attend to an urgent client request. Instead of closing the chat like how other compaies do here in Johannesburg, the gentleman Tashreeq du Plessis from 1-grid called me and advised that he will not be able to give me an answer but that he can however, put me through to someone who can.

That's when Tashreeq du Plessis put me through to Nosibusiso Peter, the lovely lady who conducted a security check and advised what the debit was for.

Problem solved! The 1-grid team has, as always, come through for me.
