Suspended, Paid, Affiliate money not allocates... Still Suspended???

If there was any support, then yes, i could say it was bad... but how do you rate no support. It started in December, 1 Grid allocated my affiliate support to all random invoices, this was after 3 requests to pay out. these included invoices that they pre-date by 2 months for domains, unfortunately a client cancels just before the due date, not 1-2 months before.so them allocating money to a domain you dont want to renew is often, even though I did state to allocate to the vps. So I contacted accounts via email, and after numerous emails, the ticket was set to pending call... (because I tried calling numerous times over numerous days, and it cuts out after 15 minutes each time, as no one answers). so Friday my account was suspended, and after paying the amount due, less the affiliate amount that is not allocated of R1324.89, and again numerous emails to support, (that have now just been ignored), my account is still not active, my clients email is not working, and they have shut me out of the VPS! VPS support cant help, because they don't have access, and they don't know what affiliate account even is. There is no account supports over weekends, so your server just stays off until they eventually come back after a few days (and probably a few more emails from the client), and again, calling them doesn't help. And to add insult to injury, I am a loyal client of +/- 10 years, and then they withhold your affiliate money for +/- 30 days, because... Reasons??? Above the affiliate amount that is available of R1324.89, there is another amount of R1266.96 that they keep in "Maturing" status. But cancel a domain with them, and see how quick they can contact you, yes they even call you when you just cancel a domain, or contact sales, these guys know how to use a phone. Accounts though, are Skeleton Crew, and I mean that by there is none living there! After 10 years of this .... Its time to move on to on... Don't waste your time/frustration, if this is how they treat a "Pro Member", I feel sorry for any regular client... rather go to Hostinger or, well anyone else!
