Support Frustration
Some aspects of 1-Grid work really well, but if you experience an issue, be prepared to wait forever. It is not uncommon to receive a response on a ticket only three days after logging it, only to ask you for info that was already in the ticket! This means it will take another three days to maybe get resolved.
