Support chat is awesome
Decided to upgrade the service I already had with 1-grid, purchasing the upgrade was painless enough.
However the upgrade itself did not go so fluently. Went to the website and started a chat to see what turnaround I could expect for the upgrade to complete. Turned out that there was a system problem which needed to escalated to the system admins.
Tashreeq, the person that the chat connected me to, for which I am very glad for, helped me out. I was kept informed and Tashreeq wanted it sorted out more than I did. Which is saying much.
