Support

Have been client for 8 years with 1-grid but I think it is time to move on. The support just not as it always was. I need park domain linked to 365 and first part has been done ask to add the rest but no response on the tickets no one is coming back for 2 an half days now. It is impossible to run a business using 1-grid. Please can it be added it takes 5min to do. Would have done it my self but do not have access. Please do not phone me as the signal is not good.
