Super Unhappy Client
I asked to cancel a few services almost a month ago. The ticket has been open and only some were canceled and others not. Today I got billed twice on my card for the same domain. I was happy with Servhosting. Until they were bought over by Gridhost. I won't lie the service has been subpar. I am seriously considering moving to a different hosting provider at this point.
