Stuck trying to migrate out

After using this company for years, the service has gone down. I am currently trying to migrate from them but it seems they want to hold my emails hostage. First of all, you call and if you choose option 2 (support) and option 2 again (migration), the operator just says no agents available and call drops meaning they are trying to keep you stuck with them.

Now after chosing a different option and 20 minutes holding, you are trying to get help but no real tangible help comes, I was pointed back to the new hosting provider, which means I will be stuck on this back and forth loop. In all this, business communication has to be on hold until they decide they wanna sort your issue out.
