Stuck and Frustrated

1grid lost my inbox and has not been able to recover it. I was spammed with more that 17k emails coming from their server and in their attempts to fix that they lost my entire inbox. I have now been locked out of my account and every time I attempt to change password I never receive the email on my recovery email. They have since stopped responding to my emails and, forget about trying to speak to someone because you will hold for more than an hour and then the call cuts or you run out of airtime. I have even threatened with closing my account with them thinking that will get some attention but clearly no one cares as its been days now and no one has come back to me. Unfortunately there isn't even a complaints department that you can call so I am stuck and really really frustrated. I don't know how they expect anyone to conduct business this way.
