Sterling Customer Service received from Umer Isaacs today. I had a difficult billing enquiry that required some extra attention. I never once felt that i was not part of the 1-Grid family, and that everything possible would be done to resolve my issue. Thanks Umer for taking the time to reach out to me, and do you best to find a way to resolve. You even phoned me back after closing time and never once did I feel rushed or under pressure to quickly end. I appreciate everything.
