Stay far away from this terrible hosting company!
I do not know what has happened since you have split up from Web Africa, even when you were gridhost, you were a bit better but since you became 1-grid, I am constantly having problems. For the past week, the server has been absolutely S***, I have clients that are relying on their emails and for the past week, the emails have been not been working more than they have been working. Constantly getting problems trying to connect to the server, not even webmail works. You need to sort out your servers, otherwise just close your doors. Because you don't even have the details of the fault on your network status section on your website.
Absolutely disgusting service!!!!

We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our SysOps team advised that there were attacks targeting outdated WordPress sites which caused load and unfortunately impacted the service for customers on that particular server. This was mitigated earlier yesterday which is why it was not on the status page. The attacks did however continue a bit later and our team was focused on resolving and preventing any damage to both ourselves and our customers. Apologies again for the inconvenience.
