Speedy remedy by 1-Grid
Following a complaint to 1-Grid and bad review on HelloPeter, 1-Grid's consultant, Geffin, contacted me within a few minutes and sorted the problem out without delay. Thank you 1-Grid; I trust I won't need to complain about this again.
