At the end the problem was solved, thanks Zolani Matsolo and everyone who got involved.

Why did I give you three stars? I specifically asked that all active data be moved from one account to another so that I have one clean interface. That did not happen, all the data including the trash was moved and you did not even talk to me to give me options.

You instead called me to rate you because your manager was waiting. I do not know who trained you but you should consider not saying that to customers, your call.

The problem here was communication and service delivery. Glad you solved the problem but I was not satisfied with how it was solved.
