so so so disappointed

never been this disappointed with you guys I'm a customer for more than 10 years I can't be waiting for 72 hrs and my issue is still not resolved the app doesn't allow to send screenshots doesn't show open tickets when u do you behave like I don't know what I'm doing which I've been doing for more that 10 years
