SHOCKING SERVICE!!! 72 hrs and counting
SHOCKING SERVICE!!! 72 hrs after I reported this the ticket has been closed but the error has not been fixed! Originally took you guys 3 hrs to reply to an urgent request that our emails are not being delivered! I rep**** and waiting for over 1hr still no reply. You cannot call in so my business must just stand while we wait for ticket replies!
