Shocking service!
Absolutely shocking service from this company! I wouldn't recommend using 1-Grid if your life depended on it.
I'm also not expecting the company to reply to this, as they don't reply to emails.
One very unhappy, soon-to-be ex client!

We were able to locate the related queries using the email address that you provided at the time of your review.
With this, it also allowed us to locate the registered account holder's account, and as such, were able to escalate the relevant Support Ticket(s) from both you, and them, to the Team for their attention.
