Shocking infrastructure & customer service
Shocking of 1-Grid, their infrastructure went down and it’s now 2 days later, still down. The phone lines and all available support tools aren’t working, no responses at all. My clients are so upset, I can’t give them any updates at all. This is absolutely shocking service.
