Shocking Customer Service & Technical Assistance/Feedback

Never have I received such lackluster and lacksidasical customer service! Automated responses to emails, sporadic human responses to emails of promised solutions then an very lengthy wait for action. Yet the invoices arrive regularly. Paying for a service I have yet to receive.
