SHOCKING ADMIN AND SERVICE AT 1-GRID
The administration at 1-Grid / Gridhost is absolutely non existent. I have had TERRIBLE service from both the hosting and the billing department. I switched hosting mediums from WINDOWS to LINUX in MAY and I am still being charged for both as one has not been cancelled as requested. And I am waiting for credits for invoices that were billed twice. Unacceptable - I am sure this amounts to theft?
