Shameful and Appalling Service

I'll be frank about 1-grid. My domain hosting package was terminated, without prior notification, for absolutely no reason. This is despite my account having sufficient credit to service another 12 months of hosting, and my next renewal due date for my current hosting package being 08/06/2021. Nobody bothered to contact me just to indicate that my services will be terminated. Not even a simple one sentence email.

I was only alerted to this problem by angry Clients calling and threatening to terminate important agreements because they were not getting any responses when sending emails. I didn't even even know that 1-Grid can terminate without notifying

Find an alternative hosting service if you can because this (1-Grid) company is absolutely shameful. The price of changing your email address and domain is minimal compared to the impact that this ruthless entity (1-Grid) will have on your important business.

Look the other way and run as fast as you can!!!!!
