Service agents just go home

At 4:40pm yesterday I tried calling the support department at 1-Grid - the phone rang in my ear for 5 minutes with no answer - all the while I hopped onto the live chat to see if I could get some help. I eventually got an agent who asked if they could help, and I am disgusted by the way my query was handled by Shafee'ah from the support department.

I supp**** all the customer info requested and stated that our emails and website were not functioning (they were working the whole day and suddenly stopped), I supp**** the domain name etc. only for them to tell me that our mails are not hosted by them. This is complete and utter nonsense! You have been our hosting company since 2022, I sent screenshots etc only for it to fall on deaf ears as Shafee'ah decided to go home without saying anything.

Fan-freaking-tastic service 1 grid!!!
