Server Down
I have a VIP Business Dedicated server with 1-Grid - the last view months my server went down on a regular basis and when you tried to contact them at 7 o'clock in the morning or at 7 o'clock at night there is just NO answer at all. I am loosing a lot of money due to my server down all the time. I am in dire straits and don't know what to do.
