Server and Email issues
It's frustrating to have to rewrite a review here to get some 'action'. I was told to submit a ticket for issues with a website, but apart from an automated response, I have received no communication 24 hrs later. Apart from that, our has been having email receiving issues, which still haven't been resolved since the 5th March. The only notice I've received is that 1Grid is aware of the issue. Unfortunately if you're a small business you're just not priority.
