Scary bad service - Don't run a business via them

What a joke!! This company has dropped the ball completely.

I purchased a domain on the recommendation of a family member. I am shocked at the lack of skill and or knowledge this company has. But what shocks me more is the customer service.

The domain I purchased comes with free mail. My basic question was why would my email go to spam from day 1? and how can one prevent this.. as with previous providers I didn't have this issue.

Now I cannot get a hold of anyone at 1-grid.. 1st a 28-minute call with no answer.. then a WhatsApp chat with no answer for over 2-3 hours.. now live chat they just don't respond..

I think the mushroom effect has happened at this company.. nice affordable packages with good enough marketing.. now they have too many clients and they cannot handle the support.. The boss probably has a Ferrari while his support goes belly up.. Sad to say but I will return to my previous provider with no turning back..

I repeat.. What a JOKE!!!
