I joined Gridhost a year ago to help assist with my website and the charge would be R489 for the package I chose. A lot was promised and a basic website was created but nothing more.
Recently I received communication from 1-grid which managed to send me an invoice which I paid but subsequently they are debiting me up to 3 times a month with various amounts. Billing department are useless as well as support and refuse to cancel all services and debit order details.........a total ******* and handing this over to the ombudsman! Gridhost just vanished and no history of existence or why the change!

I can imagine how frustrating these issues must be, It's definitely not the level of customer service we want to deliver at 1-grid.
