Run around by 1 Grid accounts
I mistakenly paid a large amount of money to the 1 Grid account and have been fighting with them for nearly a month to get it refunded. I get new requirements every second day all of which I comply with. Still no refund !!!

25 Oct 2025, 08:00Your reply is misleading to anyone reading it. It is also incorrect. I have followed every request from day 1. If you read through the email correspondence you will see that the information required, ('criteria') has changed a number of times and if you read through your 'Tickets' you will see that what I say is true. Every time I comply with a request a new 'criteria' is added. This way you can delay and delay and dely the repayment of the funds which do not belong to you. Absolutely shocking way of doing business and completely *********.
