My domain transfer took over 2 months to complete - the 1-Grid team knew nothing about anything. I emailed customer service like 100 times - domain.co.za's team had to even help them. ******* service! I will even put the same rating on hellopeter! Get your act together!

We have investigated this matter and can confirm that the transfer ticket was not accepted by the Registrant immediately. This has caused a delay in the transfer of the domain. The former Registrar waited until the last day to accept the transfer. We trust that the issue has now been resolved.
