Roxanne was GREAT! I didn't even have to explain my query to her, I only mentioned what it was about. The moment she accessed my account, she immediately saw what the problem was and then she proceeded to help me in the most expedient manner. I deal with ISP's a lot and this exchange was an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE!
