Response time
I had a problem with no emails being sent off. I could not get a response in 2 hours . Just not good enough in my opinion. They referred me to info for my problem via a bot but page did not open. Cat send emails.

25 Oct 2023, 11:19Hi there, its now 11.15am and still now adequate response to solve my issue from yesterday. Someone did phone but did not solve the problem. Opened easydesk and they had a look and then just left without explanation. What can i Do ?
