Poorest web hosting provider yet

I have domains and hosting packages with a few different providers. 1-grid'd service has been the WORST so far. I'm not sure if its junior staff that are attending to my support requests or if its WFO apathy or just technical ineptitude. They are excellent at collecting their payments but very poor at technical or hosting support. I may have to go through the schlepp of having to move my business.

You guys need to get your act in order, I'm battling to understand how you can still be in business.
