Poor support service
I have problems with login into my websites from December. I reported this on the 6th of January. Up to the issue is not resolved. I would call and hold more than 30min and would be told they would work on it or someone will call me back. And nothing happens. I am loosing business because of this, despite my pleas they have still not resolved my problem. I am very disappointed and frustrated . And I am expected to pay end of the month

I recieved a call from the techniciain while I was on the road . i ASKED HIM TO CALL ME AT 2PM , HE MISSED THE TIME AND UNDERSTAND HE COULD HAVE BEEN BUSY. he called at 2.25 pm i missed the call as I was with a client just as i was getting to the phone it stoped ringing .I thought he would call again - he did not. Now when you are calling someone you should atleast try twice . i called but was n hold for 36 mins when someone finally answered the call was dropped . I AM SO FUSTRATED WITH THIS
