Poor Support

It is impossible to get any support. I loaded a ticket over 24hrs ago and got a reply saying they were working on the problem. It was still not resolved today. I sat on live chat for over an hour without any assistance. I emailed twice with no response. I tried calling and got a message that there was no one available and the line then goes dead. When I eventually got hold of someone she said the problem was fixed, but when I insisted we ere still not getting emails and she checked, I was correct. She said she had no idea what was going on and would look into. Now we wait and see how long this will take before anyone helps. I am definitely going to be looking for another hosting platform.
